Squared Timber Pine Fir

first load only of a 20 ft container with approximately 36,000 pounds of squared logs which will be approximately 30 cu mt of squared logs based on moisture levels running about 40% of less. 

We will supply squared logs up to 12 feet long and up to 12'x12' squared.  See below for details:

1.    Bundles will be stacked with stickers and squared logs of the same size. 
2.    All bundles will be stacked tight and measurement will be based on the net (without the stickers). 
3.    Stacks will be stored in sunlight and protected by a tarp for more even drying. 
4.    We plan on taking the moisture level down to 40% or less. 
5.    The container (supplied by Buyer) will be stacked for shipping per standard regulations to prevent shifting.
6.    We plan on shipping 30 cubic meters of squared logs per 20 ft container.
7.    All logs will be solid with tight knots.
8.    All logs will be rough cut with a 3% variance end to end in size and shape.
9.    The first shipping will be based on a net 5 ft length and net 7 ft length of logs with at lease a 1" to 2" over length for the rough end cuts.
10.  We will load and ship the squared logs to the Port of Oakland and drop the trailer at the shipping lines per the Buyer's request.
11.  The price per cubic meter will be $545.00 US Dollars.
12.  Product to be approved by the Buyer's representative prior to being loaded into the containers.
13.  Payment in full will be handled per standard business operations for this type sale.
14.  Any inspections, certification, testing or sampling will be paid by Buyer.
15.  Access to the milling site  on a 24 hour notice.
16.  After 1st shipment and before a long-term agreement is signed - adjustments for both Seller and Buyer will be negotiated for satisfaction of each and signed providing approval of each Party.
17.  Willing to sign a long term agreement for at lease 1 container per month from April through November of each year.
18.  Winter snow and rain will determine how many loads we can produce in the winter months.
19.  An signed agreement will be required to start
