Procedure

1.Seller issues for SCO

2.Buyer issues LOI or ICPO With full banking information and Buyer

Company Profile

3.Seller issues a signed and seal full corporate offer(FCO)

4.Buyer signs and sealed the FCO and returns to seller

5.Seller issues draft Contract open for amendments

6.Buyer issues returns the signed and sealed draft to Seller

7.Seller signs and seals draft contract and returns to buyer via E-mail

8.Final contract is exchanged via courier of E-mail

9.Within 7 banking days of Buyer signing the final contract Buyer's

bank sends instrument of payment in the form of 100% irrevocable,

transferable letter of credit at signs,in favor of the Seller's bank.

10.Shipping commences as per contract & mutually scheduled
